VP, Relationship Manager
Location:Â City of Industry, CA

Actively cross sell Bank’s products and services to customers.
Prepare and present credit proposals for approvals.
Manage, maintain, and service assigned commercial loan portfolios.
Review Appraisal, Phase One Environmental and other third-party reports.
Order and review loan documentation to ensure compliance with terms & conditions of loan approval and work with credit/loan administration for loan closing/funding.
Responsible for reviewing covenant reviews, annual reviews, loan renewal/modification and problem loan reports;
Responsible for updating weekly and/or monthly portfolio reporting requirements, including past due reports and pipeline reports.
Perform additional duties as deemed necessary.
Estimated salary range:Â (DOE) $110K to $150K, plus annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, life, vacation, 401K
